About Me
I am a London-based freelance Japanese interpreter and translator. I have a BA in Japanese from Oxford University and an MA in Interpreting and Translating from the University of Bath. I have also lived in Japan for over three years.
I am experienced in consecutive and liaison interpreting (including speeches and panel discussions in front of large audiences), and regularly work in the fields of arts, culture, and media. I also have experience of interpreting business, education and NGO related topics.
I undertake Japanese into English translation work in a variety of fields including business, marketing, culture and literature.
I have worked as an event MCpresenter in both Japanese and English, and most recently as a reporter for a Japanese TV program.
