About Me

Typing at 75-80wpm; I have gained just over ten years\' administration experience, and have acquired good organisational skills through this, as well.
I can provide copy typing services and touch typing services including data entry, general administration services, spreadsheet and database development, PowerPoint presentations, Internet research and Diary and Travel management. I also have a customer service background, demonstrating competent communication skills.
My last job being the administration Manager for a cleaning company, I designed the website and all f office stationary and business cards etc. I\'m quick at data entry and can produce complex spreadsheets (and more) quickly and efficiently.
I can offer help with building websites using Dreamweaver. I am proficient in using Photoshop, Flash CS2. I am also a very keen photographer.
I am also fluent in ChineseMandarin (my mother tongue). I can translate English to Mandarin and Mandarin to English.
I have a landline, mobile, laptop and a fast broadband internet connection

Work Experience

I have over 10 years experience of both office administration and IT. I have been designing and developing websites since 2005
Over the past couple of years I have worked as a Director\'s PA and have been involved in all aspects of the smooth running of the business. I have done everything from opening post to designing websites to arranging travel to book keeping to research - you name it, i have probably done it
I have excellent organisation skills plus IT and computer skills. I am alway willing to go that extra mile
