I worked for American Express in Brighton from more than 6 years right from Programmer, Senior Developer, Business Analyst to Project Manager handling small projects for $500 upto millions of Dollars of projects in Software (IT) development.

My role was to Project Manage IT projects where our business partners or clients would be based all over the world mainly the US & Europe and the development work was done in India by outsourcing players like Infosys, Cognizant, TCS etc.

My role was to project manage from start to completion of the project straight from specifications gathering to analysis to design to build to test to implement & then transitioning the project to support team.

I was working as Analyst/Programmer on the CRM System for Royal Bank of Scotland working for an assignment by Tata Consultancy Services. I handled all the onshore work & co-ordinated the work with offshore programmers and delivered the CRM system on time & under budget.
