Worked as Collection Agent in Infospan Pakistan. My responsibilities include making in and out bound calls to all major insurance companies of California ([Link Removed]) collecting all outstanding bills of workers compensation for client formerly know as True Metric now called Infospan. I have to look after all the official correspondence done with Insurance Companies through mail, email and faxes.
Since I have joined the company twice I have been awarded the certificate for best collector of the month, two times awarded as the best employee of the month. I have maintained over 95% attendance and never had any disciplinary issues.
