About Me
A highly professional and experienced HR consultant offering to undertake variety of Ad-hoc projects or retained HR Services. My retained HR clients tend to be smaller businesses employing between 10 and 100 people and who have chosen not to employ an in-house HR manager principally on the grounds of economics. Whilst such businesses recognise that recruiting, motivating, developing and retaining their staff will make a real difference to their organisation; the cost associated with employing another 'head' is often prohibitive. We can provide a comprehensive HR and Payroll service for a fixed monthly fee. As you would expect, the service is specifically tailored to individual client's needs - both in terms of the level of support required, and the time that is likely to be required on a regular basis each month. Advice to the client on HR issues in relation to the strategic and operational development of the business developing and implementing for example; an effective performance management system monitoring, developing and implementing the necessary HR and employment policies or practices to enable the organisation to function effectively coaching and supporting managers in their leadership role; Advising the client as required on complex or sensitive cases that require specialist Employment Law expertise, including disciplinary, grievance and redundancy cases; Providing support to staff on HR issues; providing individual counselling as required.
I hold a Master in HRM and have over 12 years experience in blue-chip and SME organisations as a HR generalist.
