I am a freelance marketing communications specialist with a proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns and projects across all elements of the marketing mix. I have over 10 years experience from both client and agency side, consumer and business to business, across a wide range of sectors including luxury, government, IT, telecommunications, retail, foodservice, leisure, entertainment and travel. My skillset covers strategy & planning, advertising, events, agency management, PR, partnership marketing, project management, retail marketing, branding & identity, copywriting, internal communications, field marketing and online marketing.
I have worked in several senior marketing roles for organisations such as London Underground and BT, and technology companies iPass, The Cloud Wi-Fi and Quiconnect. In my earlier career I also worked for retail giants Burger King and Safeway.
I would describe myself as an innovative, self motivated and results orientated marketing professional, not afraid to use their initiative. And of course maintaining an all important sense of humour as and when required! I can plan ahead and manage my time but equally can work under pressure and to tight deadlines. I am creative and resourceful, quick to learn and a hard worker.
Most recently I have been working freelance for a luxury Caribbean resorts company writing brochures, website content and customer communications. I have included examples of these in my portfolio.
I can provide references on request.
