Anita did the year end accounts, CT600 and computations. She was extremely efficient and timely throughout. Anita has excellent communication skills which were invaluable in helping me to do the relevant updates I needed to do on Sage. I am very disappointed with the quality and professionalism of this individual. She was unable to meet any of the deadlines set and fail to communicate to raise any concerns with the project or potential delay with the project. I feel very much that I have wasted a lot of time chasing for an update. I chose her originally because she had so many reviews but now I realised it was mostly for accountancy work and not for business plan. I would not recommend her for this type of project to anyone.
