To whom it may concern, We booked Angela Sawyer for a day's training on Microsoft Office 2007 in April 2008, previously Oxbow Coal Ltd had used only Office 2000 and the request was for a brief session with a couple of different groups of four people in each to give an overview of the differences between thetwo versions of Office which we believed to be markedly different. I found Angela's company details on the Internet, knowing nothing about the services they provide or if the company would be in any way able or willing to do this kind of training. My first contact with Angela was via the telephone and I found her knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very helpful and was moved to book the session at the time without any hardsell attempted. Equally she was very flexible, both regarding dates andher willingness to come to us if required. On the day she arrived promptly, set up with minimal fuss and put together an ideal presentation for our needs on Microsoft Word, Excel,Outlook and Powerpoint. The presentation was clear, her knowledge of theproduct without question and all questions answered either on the spot or immediately after. The day did not go according to plan due to work issues in our office, but Angela worked around us without any fuss at all, her two presentations becoming three without complaint or query and all left comfortable with the knowledge gained. On the same day, as a result of our experiences, I booked a further more advanced Microsoft Outlook course with her and have a second course that we will be setting up for a colleague when dates can be sorted.
