I am an experienced Architectural Technician Technologist with over 22 years in Architectural practise and interior designers and run my own Architectural Technicians practise after leaving a position of Associate with a Newcastle based architectural practise

I have experience in most industry sectors from domestic extensions to New build hotels, Supermarkets, Public Houses and Bars, Nightclubs, Listed Buildings, design & build etc

My business premises are within a Business centre just north of Newcastle Upon Tyne, where we have full autocad and printing facilities manned daily 9-5 and fully contactable during business hours. Clients are of course welcome to visit, where we also have meeting rooms and conference facilities.

I am able to produce most packages of drawings from feasibility through planning to contractworking drawing stage on any type of project, large or small. I also have access to additional staff for larger projects requiring a quick turn around.

Survey work can be undertaken, or i can produce packages from your survey workphotos.

Basic 3d Models using Sketchup are also available.

House extensionsloft conversions more than welcome and will ensure a freindly, helpful service, guiding clients through the full process from ideas to opening the door.

I can promise agreeable hourly rates or fixed fees, whichever is the most appropriate for the client.
