I am CA with MBA and Masters in Accounting & Finance, I used to be Financial Controller for a large butterfly valve manufacturer and for long time I worked as Assistant Controller for a Oil & Gas company.
I am also University Professor for Management Account, Financial Math and Statistics.
In Scotland I am doing PhD in Accounting & Finance and I am also fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, so I am open to teach and(or) transcript those languages.

Controller
I was responsible for all procedures regarding to accountancy, HR, IT, treasure, tax and international purchases, leading a team of 9 people.
I was also responsible for restructure the accountant dept, changing people and duties, as well as transfer price calculation, income tax return, budgeting, expenses analysis and monthly closing in IFRS and USGAAP.
In HR I was in charge to develop a career plan for all employees and analyze performance of all company (74 employees)
In treasure I was responsible authorize payments in the bank, authorize or denied payment to vendors, support AR in collection, renegotiate past due and administrate the bad debit accrual.
I also have experience in credit control and renegotiate debits of past due customers, including letter of agreements and confessions of debt.
