Working within a team of 6 multi-disciplined developers in Bangor, I aid the development of commerce web content sites, as well as creating and translating other design briefs into working websites. Work involves creating and maintaining style-sheets, image manipulation and more for both external customer facing commerce websites (Book People, Red House, Puffin Book Club and Puffin Post) and internal websites.
I am passionate about semantic Web Standards have good knowledge of cross-browser development and security and have a keen eye on the latest design trends, helping to improve the team and the performance, usability and profitability of the Book People brand.
August 2008 - January 2010: Manchester Business School Worldwide
Senior web developer responsible for co-ordinating, developing and implementing all web, e-marketing and social media strategies in order to promote the School as an innovative provider of high quality programmes.

Sales & Marketing Officer for eBusiness in the financial market. Responsibilities included creative production of marketing materials, visual design, web creatives, B2B sales and dealing with technical support queries over the phone.
Design and development of a new gaming consultancy website for Dapper Gaming. Work included building a site updatable via a content management system (Wordpress).
