o Full and comprehensive day to day Project Management of System Implementation projects within large multi-site client multi user environments, of a Facilities Management CAFM Solution.
o Project Manager role for the Implementation of a Quality Auditing SQL Server Based PDA Handheld System
o Successful implementation of a SQL Server based Quality Monitoring system using state of the art PDA handheld technology to over 200 field and office based users.
o Development of a multi-user Data warehouse which is used for Financial (including Contract P&L and Late Costs reports) and Operational reporting across the division. o Integration from Office products including Access and Excel to access external data from SQL Server or XML Web Services to provide analytical applications for use in complimenting the business processes.
o Successful analysis and development of a handheld based application using Microsoft Windows Mobile with direct links to an office based application using Access Data Projects (ADP), this included extended use of the VBA programming language and SQL Server 2005, using transact SQL and Stored Procedures, this was deployed to multiple office based users and over 80 mobile engineers in a fast moving engineering business.
o Completed a full development lifecycle of a bespoke Accounts & Stock Control System using MS Access Projects and SQL Server across multiple customer sites.
o Development of a Lotus Car Build Component Management System using SQL Server 6.5 and Microsoft Access 97, this managed the availability, location and usage of components for the car build.
