During my extensive work history, I have gained a wide variety of experience including marketing, covering for managers, managing external volunteers and personnel seconded from other departments. A true people-person, my interpersonal skills have been proven by being the first contact for residents in property management positions and securing donations for charitable events. I have devised in-house systems to support contractors, initiated systems for collating tenders from prospective training providers and assisted in the initiation of a parking permit system.
