• Project managed projects for clients RBT (BT and RMBC company), DPO, EON, Lyons Estates and T-Mobile.
• Helped define and set project budget, create baseline plans and general resource scheduling and management. Planning entailed generating work packages, scope definition and PID generation. It also involved planning and implementation to cover the full software life cycle, and the project life cycle for major projects involving software development and hardware infrastructure upgrade.
• Managed up to 60 employees across multiple locations, including a large set of offshore and third party contractors.
• Delivered complex, high profile, projects in highly dynamic environments. I also used workshops and earned value management to establish the success criteria of a project and requirements.
• Led a team of technical staff through defining the requirements for several support applications for the use of customer service staff.
• Managed Product Acceptance Testing, alongside User Acceptance Testing, to ensure the developed solution was robust and reliable.
