I've worked for five years as a Senior Account Manager and an Optimization Specialist in Google and have been working for the past year as a Freelance PPC Specialist. I've dealt with Google AdWords clients from all over the world, with varying budgets, so I'm very flexible in my approach and make sure that my work is customized to each client.
