Samuela did an exemplary job for me in every way - she replied to my emails usually within an hour or two; she understand and executed my instructions perfectly; she kept me updated on developments.

Brilliant job by Sam. Task involved relatively technical telephone enquiries to public authorities and commercial enterprises in both italy and Spain, gaining insight and co-operation from contacts. In turn, this information was reported (back to us) with subsequent actions agreed and implemented by Sam.
The task required core skills of organisation, team-working, persuasive dialogue with new contacts and an inventiveness to overcome hurdles (during conversation).
Will ask Sam to help on our next project!
