I liked Sam's approach to the brief and she offered many useful suggestions about the strategy for the campaign. Although no leads were generated, given that only 10 hours were spent on the task and also given the amount of feedback provided by Sam on the response she was getting from those contacted, it was still a useful exercise for me and I believe Sam provided good value for money in terms of the services she provided. I had no concerns at all about the fact that she was representing my business to those she was calling, which was anotehr importnat aspect of appointing the right person to this peice of work.
