I am a freelance person who works in a "portfolio" fashion:
~as a writer; I write books, articles and material for clients to use for various purposes
~as an editor; I proofread and edit manuscripts for hard published books and e-books.
~as a trainer; I design and deliver personal development and management training either via group workshops, over the telephone in the form of Telephone Delivered Training or by Distance Learning (traditional and e-learning)
~as an executive coach and personal coach, working either for client companies or directly for individuals
~as a management consultant; carrying out research activities and reporting recommendations to clients
~as a project manager; managing small commercial projects for clients
~as a quiz creator; I write quizzes (predominantly for 'serious' purposes but also for trivial pursuits!), be they picture rounds, multiple choice, open field answer, cryptic and straightforward.
~as a cake decorator!

~worked as a professional author (I have had three books published internationally by HarperCollins, one published in the UK as a tie in to the major BBC TV series, Dragons Den, one published by Pearson Education and one by Hodder and Stoughton)
~acted as a management consultant to three UK charities
~designed and delivered training programmes for public and commercial sector clients, this includes development of e-learning materials and webinar/telephone delivered training.
~worked as an executive coach for managers and directors of several organisations, both face to face and remotely
~written several management guides for a web based advisory site and several management articles for a professional web community
~designed several small business and community websites
~project managed in-company projects relating to re-engineering and culture change
~led fundraising activities for charity
~planned and managed several events, including company conferences and charity balls

Education Summary: I qualified as a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
