I was skeptical at first about using somebody off PPH but working with Richard and his team was more than a pleasure. From his enthusiasm, to ideas and professionalism he was the ideal candidate. We had a great laid back work arrangement and was more than comfortable around each other. The work done on his side was perfect for lack of better words, far better than I actually expected.
