Phil is an absolutely amazing designer and developer! He is extremely patient and has put up with everything I've asked for and done it with a smile, he has a real flair for design and he has put his heart and soul and become part of our team to really involve himself in creating the website for us and given it a real personal touch. He is always available, very flexible and I really don't think this guy sleeps as he seems to be working working working! I will definitely keep Phil on as a developer.
