I like to work with clients in a personal long term relationship if at all possible so I can get to understand their business and make a real contribution to their success. I am approachable, easy to get on with, available and online most of the time.

Most clients give me work because I help them a great deal, providing guidance and advice in an often unfamiliar environment which they may not well understand and they trust me to give them the best possible advice and provide a solution to achieve their objectives at a reasonable cost.

I have been working in the marketing and promotions industry all my working life and have been a self employed freelancer since May 1990. I have clients that have trusted me with their ongoing projects for 15 years and I continue to provide them with the best possible service.

I am honest, trustworthy and up front and look after my clients best interests at all times. I work hard for my clients and I am happy to believe that I give my clients a first class service in the light of any prevailing circumstances and within any given budget, providing value for money at all times by going the extra mile to ensure a client receives it.

In providing the best possible advice to clients I will advise them when I think that something is not a good idea, likely to be detrimental to their business, will not achieve the objective or is a waste of their resources of time and money. As a professional I have a duty to do so and advise them wisely. I would prefer not to take on projects which I do not believe are likely to achieve success for the client at least without making them aware of any concerns I may have so that they can make an informed decision.

My role is to help, advise and support them to the best of my ability and to work closely in partnership with them to provide a successful outcome to their projects which will stand them in good stead amongst their competitors both now and into the future.

Their long term success and a continued working relationship is my priority. My clients are hopefully friends too and that is the way I would prefer it.
