My main area of work is as the Editor of a publication centred around the fields of energy and environment. This involves writing articles, proofing, getting them ready for press and liaising with our design studio to finalise the publication and many other related tasks.

Summary: I worked as a chef for 7 long years of my life and then eventually manage to break out of the catering industry in to the world of Blogging and Article Writing. I have been writing ever since I was a child so the the leap from hobby to profession was any easy direction to take.
