I have over 15 years' experience as an Architectural Technician, producing working drawing packages, conducting site surveys, liaising with clients and the Local Authority, and creating and submitting plans for Planning and Building Control Approval.

I can provide a complete service from design through to the start of building work, but can work on specific aspects of your build (for example Building Regulations drawings) if that's all you need.
