About me
I was known as Ms Karen Anthony, but I am now married, and have taken on the Surname of Young. My Telemarketing Diploma was certified under my previous name, but is still legal.
I have been non active on people per hour for a while now due to having a large freelancing contract with a company called "Resource Engineering Projects " in Worcester for Telesales / Telemarketing work - They deal wtih Aerospace, Military and Defense Industries. They are also Partners to Siemens PLM systems called Teamcenter in which I also work on behalf of.
I currently hold a " Telemarketing Professional Diploma Certificate" - ( obtained and proofed by Stonebridge Associated Colleges December 2010 ) and have the legal rights to have the initials S.A.C Dip ( telemarketing Professional ) after my name
I am also studying a home E-course to be qualified in - Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA).

Karen worked hard on the trial project and made some good appointments as requested.
My only gripe was the lack of a name obtained for contacts that were too busy to talk at the time
I would non-the-less be happy to recommend Karen for others to commission their projects to.

Karen is a likable person and completed the work as far as I can see. However I didnt get one lead or appointment for my fee which totals to £90. If I had just got one appointment in this time I would have continued to use Karen. That is why I have marked work and skill low. If I were getting no appointments I would call up the company to see if I was doing everything correctly, that is why I have marked communication low. Timeliness was never an issue at any time so I have marked that on the top rating.
