Completion of Black Belt project (DMAIC process) to optimise route costs between suppliers in South-West England to Mainland European Manufacturing plants. Effective implementation of a Black Belt project (DMAIC process) relating to vehicle damage during outbound logistics from Mainland Europe to UK dealers with $0.2m associated hard saving. Design For Six Sigma project (DCOV process) implementing a common Obsolete Material Disposal processes across manufacturing sites reducing obsolescence by $1m in 2007 and by $1.3m in 2008.
