All my work is on a fixed fee. I tried hard to be an affordable barrister, and understand that clients do not come with unlimited funds. I am accredited to accept instructions direct from members of the public.

I have been a barrister since 2006, I have appeared in a variety of cases, including high profile cases, for instance representing Nadine Dorries MP in a defamation matter, to representing The Earl of Cardigan in the High Court and Court of Appeal in a case where we obtained midnight injunctions over a trust dispute.

All my prices are published on my website at lawsurgery.com. The first step is usually a meeting (phone or in person) where I run over the facts, get to understand the issues or brief and then advise on merits, strategy and prospects of success including the risk portfolio of each option. The initial consultation is £99 inclusive of VAT.
