Summary: After leaving my job as a music lawyer in 1998, I founded BlueSilver Management. The company introduced pro-celebrity 5-a-side football tournaments to the major UK music festivals and subsequently organised the first national UK 5 a-side football tournament in 2000 - The Millennium Cup - which was supported by The Sun Newspaper and Loaded Magazine. The company also attracted corporate clients such as BSkyB, Morgan Stanley and Granada Media.

I launched a property investment consultancy (The Armchair Property Investor) in 2005.
Building the company from scratch, I won the award for Best Start Up Business 2006 (EN Magazine/ North West Development Agency) and subsequently sold Armchair in 2007 (just 2 years after its incorporation) for £2.25M . I later re-acquired the rights in the Armchair brand and continue to act for a select number of investors to source high yielding BMV investment property in Manchester.

In 2008, I joined the international business development franchise, the Alchemy Network and have since worked with a wide variety of SMEs with turnovers of up to £15M, to help them create and implement cost effective marketing campaigns and strategic action plans to increase turnover and profits.

I helped found The Video Inventory Agency in 2009, and was responsible for marketing, strategy and franchising, recruiting over 20 franchisees in its first year. The company won an award for innovation at The Landlord and Lettings Awards 2010. I sold most of my shares in the company in December 2010 but continue to act for the company in a consultancy capacity.

I was a finalist at the Trafford Business Awards 2010 for Business Person of the Year.
