About me
My name is Emily and I am a freelance copywriter and business owner.
I have spent approximately 5 years working in across journalism, marketing, PR and fashion.
At present my freelance work sees me writing 40 articles a month to help optimise the online presence of major brands such as LG, Canesten and Warburtons. I have also worked for News International LTD, SHE Magazine, Dazed & Confused and Jones Bootmaker.
I run my own online vintage store, Wooden Hill Vintage and as a small business owner, I consult other entrepreneurs on the production of their own websites which sees me creating optimised copy, helping them promote their brand through social media platforms and updating their websites with the latest news.
With strong design/Photoshop skills, I also create marketing material such as product catalogues which double as press releases in the media. These can be quickly and easily created online with links to each product and published through issuu.com.
As a person I am highly approachable and always willing to help. I'm honest, a hard worker and confident in my skills as a writer, designer, stylist and consultant.
It would be a pleasure to work with someone who needs either ten minutes work, or ten months work.
