About me

Right, so the bit where I sum myself up 'professionally', but first some colour - I like to travel, love to read and, depending on whether I'm sitting down or standing up, I tend to put my trousers on one leg at a time.

But mostly...

I obsess about writing - I've been doing so since I was fourteen, been 'good' since about my early twenties and have since been offering up my time for the purpose. My initial grounding is in narrative, specifically prose fiction and script for screen and radio but, as I have a sound grasp of story, structure and a general love for words, I'm more than capable of writing in other genres. I also enjoy editing/proofreading and tend to approach such jobs with the enthusiasm of Rain-man presented with a pile of sudoku puzzles...

Needless to say, though I seem to feel the need to say it anyway, I’m punctual, professional and I love my work, so please give me a shout if you think I could be your guy.
