Would like to have seen more determination to see the job through. Rather than giving up and becoming deflated when things get tricky and a little frustrating for both sides.

The job was completed very quickly and exactly as required. Communication was excellent, explaining how long the job would take and included a detailed breakdown of how the work would be completed.
Would definitely recommend for further work
