Company: La Fabrica de Bomas
Description: The original contract brief was to increase the occupancy of a collection of holiday lets at La Fabrica de Bombas near the Andalucian village of Jimena de la Frontera.
Key areas of activity:

• Development and implementation of sales strategy
• Design and development of the company website
• Property and letting management.
As a result of this activity, business turnover was raised by 100% and I ensured over 80% occupancy. The client has subsequently contracted me to continue to manage the business sales and development.
