Having given him the job I was given notification he would revert to me with a progress report later that week. This did not happen. I had to prompt him middle of the following week. Shall not be using again.

At the time, you did not express the importance to timeline, and the timeline suggested by myself, so it appears very bit harsh to mark down based on timeliness of what was a voluntary interim report. Naturally I would have liked to please you, but in this situation as the work was carried out to your exact specification and budget, there is little more I can add.
