Short sketch-style animation

I'd like a short 5-10 second animation of three characters (a koala, little girl and her dad) walking leisurely from across the screen from left to right until they walk off of the screen. I have an image of the style of sketch I like (it's in the style of the old Winnie The Pooh books). I'd like it on a transparent background with predominantly white characters (with grey sketch marks for the detail). I'd like the characters to be walking, with little hops and skips from the little girl between steps.
