Project Description
We are currently looking to work with Telesales Professionals to boost business for out three businesses. Two of these businesses have already launched, with the third launching in the next few weeks.
Small Business Research
Small Business Research is here to answer those questions and to help ensure the continued success of your business. With access to a range of business information, experienced research assistants and business advisors and an understanding of what information a small business needs to succeed we can provide the information you require.
Main target market: start up businesses, small businesses launching a marketing campaign and business support organisations.
Pricing Involved: Market Research Reports (£350-£450), Competitor Analysis (£100PM ), Industry Trends (£60PM ), Marketing Lists (dependent on client requirements)
Business Virtual Assist
Providing a full range of services and support to both small business, contractors, the self employed and professionals, enabling them to maximise productivity and minimise their costs by outsourcing those day to day tasks that get in the way of achieving their goals.
Main Target Market: small businesses of up to 2-3 employees for general admin tasks and professionals.
Pricing involved: Ranges from £50PM
Online Business Made Simple (coming soon)
Providing web hosting and CRM based website design for small businesses.
Pricing involved: TBC but will the web design and hosting service will comprise of both a up front fee as well as an ongoing hosting charge.
Main Target Market: start up businesses and existing business looking to build or upgrade their web presence.
We have worked with Telesales staff on a hourly rate previously and have found this not really working for us so we are looking to work with Professionals on a longer term partnership basis.
As such we would envisage a fee structure based upon a one off fee on sign up along with a percentage of ongoing sales for the life of a particular customer. You would act as the main sales contact with these customers, ensuring that a relationship is maintained and keeping them up to date with our products and services, which, in turn will lead to increased commissions for you.
We would look at paying two different rates in regards to the one off fees and commissions based on whether you source your own leads or you require us to furnish you with marketing lists. Our websites contain services information along with FAQ's but we will also be able to suppliment this with further information on industry trends, order processes, etc., to add to your knowledge base regarding our services to build confidence with the end client.
We have included some examples of our pricing above to use in your bid calculations. Hours and manner of working we leave to you as long as professionalism is maintained as you will be representing our brand. Bid success will not only be based on the cheapest bid but we look at the overall package in respect of your ability and availability to deliver the service.
Due to the nature of our target market a high standard of English is required.

| Hi Vickie Thank you for your message. Targetting would be discussed with the successful bidder based on the skill set they are able to offer but the main focus would be on professionals, such as Project Managers, and SMEs either in the start up phase or more established with up to 2-3 members of staff. We would also be targetting some private/public sector organisations that specialise the providing support to SMEs. We do have a database for some of the above, and would be able to source potential leads from other tailored marketing lists to provide to the successful bidder. As mentioned in the project description we would look at paying different rates dependent on whether the successful bidder or ourselfs provided the lead information.
