I have read your assignment and would like to propose an Excel spreadsheet format of the required information e.g: name of publication, address, postcode, email address and contact of editorial team.
As this could include non-UK based magazines as well, if required, the rate and hours reflect this accordingly. All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5% and our payment terms are available should you accept my proposal.
I confirm we would be able to start immediately and would expect the project to be fully completed and accepted by the end of next week e.g. 28th March 2008.
