Hi, I am looking for someone who can create a site that has a members area where members can create a profile and upload photos etc . Like a social network site. The site must have an admin area where i can approve new members and control the content that is being posted. the site must accept payments, have a section for competitions and a voting system for these competitions. Further details will be provided at a later stage but this is the main picture of the project. Thank you
