Job Description
This is rush job, it needs to be completed by close of business Wednesday 1st July. Please do not bid unless you are absolutely confident of meeting this deadline.
We need to produce a simple Flash animation for including in an e-learning bid. If the bid is successful we will require a considerable quantity of similar development work.
Requirements:
1) Create backdrop in the style of a company boardroom
2) 6 characters seated around the boardroom table
3) The characters need to be avatar like and suitably featureless to allow cross-cultural translation
4) TV screen on wall of boardroom with presenters face
5) On click of any 2 character, or TV screen (3 interactions in all) zoom in and transition to a CrazyTalk flash animation
6) When the CrazyTalk animation has finished, zoom back out to the initial view
We plan to use CrazyTalk to do the lip sync on the characters, if you can also do this part of the project (using CrazyTalk or an equivalent product) please let us know.
