We need to ensure that the contract ( after diluting or removing the termination without notice clause by the employer) is still enforeable under and compliant with QFC employment regulations . The employer should not be able to reasonably dispute , in case of termination without notice , any claim -by the employee- for payment of salary and benefits for the remainder of the contract term. Careful attention should be given to article 8, 23, and 24 of QFC Employment regulations , to ensure that a clean legal opinion is issued and is unqualified. |

The Contract is governed by QFC laws. Copies of QFC employment regulations are attached. I would also need a legal opinion confirming that the final employment contract ( after revision) is compliant with QFC laws. |
