I have some VBA code in excel that is 90% complete but need helping finishing the rest off. The code runs mailmerge in Word, from within Excel. It saves the files as individual PDF's which all works great. I now need it to also save the file as one combined PDF to print. Should be a pretty easy fix.

Excel VBA Macro to be done within a day
Create an excel VBA macro to input a picture into a specific cell depending on the content of another cell on the same row. The macro will need to loop for a range. There are 7 pictures and 7 corresponding words in the cells (the pictures will have the same names as the corresponding words). I'm guessing it will work with if cell contains this word then display this picture, elseif it contains this word then display this picture for 7 possible pictures. The macro doesn't need to resize images although it will need to specify where in the cell the picture will be located. To begin with this will be at the top left of the cell but may need to be slightly lower or further across. I'm under a confidentiality agreement for a much bigger project which this is part of so the attached is an example workbook to apply the macro to and then I will copy the code over to the confidential workbook. The cells with the words in are located on sheet1 column E (highlighted yellow for the example file) and the picture locations are in column A (highlighted green on the attached example file). I will potentially need this to work on more than one sheet of the workbook as well.

PHD Statistician needed for trading strategy backtesting
Objective: To build a back-testing model in excel which shows the optimal strategy to be long or short a stock based on the RSI indicators. The variables that go into the strategy will be a) the RSI bounds used in scaling the positions up and down b) the size of the scaling that happens and each RSI bound c) the combination of using several instruments together to build a portfolio and the diversification benefit that this produces. Inputs: The inputs for such model will be the share price data of the stock being back-tested including the daily share price change and either the RSI of the stock itself or the RSI of the underlying index which is tracks (for ETFs). The variables as described above will also be inputs to the model. Outputs: The model needs to show us for each back-test the overall performance from the initial date of the data series to today. The annual performance, volatility and max drawdown and drawup of the strategy on a 1-day, 5-day, 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, 12-month rolling basis as well as on an all-time basis. It also needs to optimize the performance by tweaking the RSI and position sizing that goes into the variables as seen above. A 'dashboard' showing the above metrics in charts will also be required on a separate tab. Evaluation: This project requires your statistics knowledge to be able to test the statistical robustness of the strategy, the risk-adjusted return, diversification benefit and to ultimately optimize it as much as possible. Timeline: The aim is to complete this work within 5 working days if not before. The primary method for the output will be using excel and VBA code although Python can be used if required. I have another project. i hope you have time FORMATTING only 1. It is a per sheet logic, sheet 1 and sheet 2 start and end of the cell might be different. 2. In this example, the Format is controlled by the cell format C7, example if the cell is level0 in the account hierarchy, bold, left justified, etc the same is copied to the right of the table, in the example from D7 to P7. 3. the program must update dynamically every time there is a refresh, no worry on the colors and formats from columns A:C since another program will determine that, we just focus on the complete format in the cell ranges controlled by Column C. 4. Continues row by row until the table end, meaning if C28 no format or blank cell then stops there. 5. The cell formats from columns A:C can change dynamically so any time there is a change in the C column range, then the rows to the right will adjust dynamically.
Excel VBA - Formatting and Data Extraction
The task is to create a VBA script which achieves the following: Format the raw data on sheet 1 and then extract relevant values into a newly created sheet titled "Input sheet". SPECIFIC STEPS: - Take the raw data from Sheet 1 and format it as per Sheet 2 (Ex. Eliminate irrelevant columns) . For the VBA script, do not create a new sheet for the formatted data and just format the existing sheet. Sheet 2 is simply there to demonstrate the desired format. - Create a dialog box in the sheet asking for user input. The box should say "Input the row number corresponding to an eligible sale". The dialog box should not prevent the user from scrolling through the sheet and should be placed in a convenient location. - Once a row number is entered by the user, values are extracted from the following columns of the formatted data: A,C,E,F,G,J,K- The values are input into a new sheet formatted as per "Input Sheet". This is the desired output for the script. Refer to the attached workbook to see where all the data from each cell should be entered. The empty cells are to remain empty - Values from column A are to be cross-referenced with an internal lookup table as per sheet3 so that the Distributor ID is entered for the corresponding Division. -Likewise, values for column D "AHRI Reference Number" are to be taken from an internal table like on sheet3, so that the corresponding AHRI number is populated for the corresponding Model number -Column C must only display the first 9 characters of the model number.
Creation of table in Excel from data
Hi, I'd like someone to take the information as shown in the "Input" tab and make it look like the "Output" tab in the attached excel. The cells in yellow document how you map from input to output. I will update the input data weekly, i'd like to be able to copy it into the input sheet, click a button and have the output sheet populated. The remaining data in cells in the Output tab are example data. If you can smarten up the output tab at the same time and make it look more professional, that'd be great. Hoping it's quite straightforward for a VBA genius! Any questions please let me know!

I want a Microsoft excel sheet that: * I can list the tasks I do each day, * Each task has a start and pause button next to it * When you click start a timer starts that logs how much time I spend doing that task * I can track how much time I spend each day on each task * There must also be a reset button that I can click at the start of each day to reset the timers * If possible it would be great to also have a button to log the data into a database sheet to store the info I'd like to do this with as little VBA as possible and also just use formulas if possible
