About me: I am a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and meditation facilitator, with a strong interest in psychology, philosophy, emotional well-being, self-development, and the human experience. This work is an extension of that. The podcast explores themes such as identity, connection, authenticity, vulnerability, mental health, psychology, philosophy, relationships, and the wider human experience. The conversations are host-led rather than interview-led. I gently guide discussions while allowing guests space to explore topics that matter to them. The type of editing I want is thoughtful rather than aggressive. I want meaningful pauses, reflection, vulnerability, emotional moments, natural humour, and authentic conversational flow to be preserved, while technical issues, dead space, obvious mistakes, unnecessary repetition, and weak tangents are removed. Typical podcast recordings will be 1–2 hours long and will usually be captured with a simple setup: one microphone, one laptop, and sometimes one camera. Audio quality may vary depending on the environment, and all participants will usually be recorded onto a single audio track. Where guests are comfortable on camera, podcast recordings may also include video footage.
