Map tracing a journey for a book illustration
We need four simple maps (1 with two variations), for illustrations to go in an autobiography for teen girls. We're looking for a simple, hand-drawn line style. (See the examples uploaded. Two are of the locations wanted, and the other is what we would like it to look like. Similar in style to the colored map, but without the mountains and trees and black and white.) Two maps would show the journey we made by coach and plane between home and school. This map would stretch from the Philippines down to Indonesia with several cities marked, including Rantepao and Ujung Pandang on Sulawesi island; Jakarta and Surabaya on Java island; Singapore; Chefoo School (in Cameron Highlands) on Peninsula Malaysia and Faith Academy (in Manila) in the Philippines. We could use curved lines across the map to indicate the flights and a jagged line to indicate the bus journey. The other two maps would show the journey to beach holidays within the Philippines, one from the school to Sun and Sands Beach Resort, Caba, La Reunion, and the other to Puerto Galera on Mindoro Island. One journey map will be in the book twice, that journey being made twice, in which the flight was direct from Manila to Jakarta, rather than going via Singapore.

We're not celebrating the famous names. We're here for the ones the real enthusiasts know. Velocette. Vincent. Ariel. Scott. Douglas. Sunbeam. Francis-Barnett. Matchless. The marques that built extraordinary machines, raced hard, and quietly disappeared. They deserve better than to be forgotten. We're looking for an illustrator who gets that instinctively. Someone who understands the visual language of a 1950s Motor Cycling magazine spread. Who knows what a Velocette Thruxton sounds like, or why the Vincent Black Shadow still makes people stop in their tracks. The work is a series of original designs across two formats — a logo mark and a vintage advertisement poster for each marque. Think period lithograph poster style, bold serif typography, the kind of illustration that could have run in a 1958 issue of The Motor Cycle and looked completely at home. We have an established brand identity, a full brand guide and an existing Archive collection of nine designs to use as style reference. The aesthetic is set. Rebuild Wix page from HTML/iframe embed to native elements
My site (humanenergyoptimisation.com) is built on Wix. The page /the-energy-lab was built by pasting custom HTML/CSS code into a Wix HTML embed/iframe element. This means the content isn't reliably crawled or indexed by Google or AI search tools, even though it displays correctly to human visitors. This is the only page on the site built this way. Scope of work: Rebuild /the-energy-lab using native Wix Editor/Studio elements only (text boxes, headings, buttons, image elements) — remove the HTML/iframe embed entirely. Preserve the existing visual design as closely as possible. I have the HTML/CSS source for the current page, which shows exactly what it should look like — use this as the design reference. Use proper semantic structure: real heading tags (H1/H2/etc — not styled text pretending to be headings) and alt text on all images. Confirm all CTAs and links (waitlist form, Calendly booking link, email link) are functional and click correctly after rebuild. Before marking the job complete, show me the page content via Google's URL Inspection tool (or equivalent) to confirm it's now visible to crawlers - screenshot or screen recording is fine. Out of scope: No other pages need auditing or touching - this is limited to /the-energy-lab only. No copy changes - content stays as-is unless something is factually broken. UK resident as representative for Part 1 sailboat registration
My old private sailboat was registered in the UK. The registration has expired and because of Brexit and changing rules, the only way to renew the registration is via a dormant UK Ltd. I live in the EU. I've looked at changing the registration country but it would require reprogramming my VHF radio, AIS, and other equipment. And it would require me to change the markings on the sailboat. It's all doable but I'd rather keep the UK flag. It's a 1981 UK boat and I've proud to have this flag. A UK resident is required as representative for the Part 1 registration. There's most probably no work involved because all registration and Ltd. communication is (also) electronic. Who, preferably someone with a love for (sail)boats, is willing to help me out for a one-time fee?
Short sketch-style animation
I'd like a short 5-10 second animation of three characters (a koala, little girl and her dad) walking leisurely from across the screen from left to right until they walk off of the screen. I have an image of the style of sketch I like (it's in the style of the old Winnie The Pooh books). I'd like it on a transparent background with predominantly white characters (with grey sketch marks for the detail). I'd like the characters to be walking, with little hops and skips from the little girl between steps. This is for a family video 1920W x 1080H so I need the file suitable for importing into Premiere Pro - with the characters walking across the family video playing in the background, hence needing them on a transparent background. Software Idea Bringing to Life in a commercial platform
I have a software idea that works on my clients plarform but I want to be able to bring it to life and commercialise it to sell it to other clients. I want to be able to create a document and a trackable link in a platform such as doc send (or proprietary but imagine that would be alot of work?) Then go to an email platform and be able to send the same link within an email but with unique tracking to each email address. My client uses post mark to do the email send and we could use the same for the actual sending with the follow up emails coming through to outlook / gmail etc I can show how this works currently on my clients platform but I want to build something stand alone that I can sell to my clients to do this so that I have my own SAAS solution. I need someone experienced to tell me how best to do this, how to build it and how to commercialise the front end to sell it? No current idea on costs but I don't have a huge budget.
