Updating and finalizing excisting Excel/VB worksheet for techs

Experience Level: Intermediate
We have an existing Excel workpage with VB code that needs to be updated and finalized.
I have all the necessary code.
This Excel page and VB code works for 95%. The original programmer has no longer time to fulfill this task because he changed from worksite and has no longer spare time to do this.
I’m looking for someone experienced with Excel/Vb and who’s willing to analyze first what’s already done and how it works and use also as much as possible the existing code.
In attachment, you’ll find the files we use for this.
It’s a worksheet for technicians, getting its data from an external/coupled xls database.
We have clients (let’s say 1.000) with some emails connected to it. Client can have several emails (for sending the worksheet, sending the invoice…). Each client has several machines (sometimes 100/client)
Each machine has some connected ’hyperlinks’ switching to drawings, manuals, info of that specific machine ansd stored on the computer in my office.
Also a database with spareparts we use (let’s say 1.500) at a client with several price levels /client( not every client pays the same price for a sparepart)
Also a possibility to work as a subcontractor where some items then change in the worksheet. Client can’t see prices because the main contractor sees everything.
Each client has a specific hourly rate we work at, each machine has some time ‘connected’ to it giving us the time it takes to go to that specific machine in a factory.
If a work is not finished, the sheet is stored in a map Work Not Finished. This sheet can then be recalled to finish the job, eventually by another technician.
We have a map with Finsihed Jobs.
We have a map with Maitenance.
We can look in the history and do a search in different ways. The VB-search module is already made and works fine.
Worksheet is sent to a specific email as a pdf and/or as an xls file on the main computer.
All this is already working and programmed.
Reading a QR code is still needed so that we can scan a code attached toe ach machine and the code automatically finds the machine/client and its history so that the technician doens’t need to fill in the whole worksheet.
Code still needs to be finetuned.
The project is running on a PC in my office and the intention is to connect via Teamviewer or something similar and fill in the worksheet.
Better should be that we can do it on site on a tablet or a laptop and that we can store it then somewhere in the cloud. Cloud is what I prefer. This is not done this way yet and I’m listening to your proposal because this should make it a much better way of working for us.
The original programmer had not enough experience to accomplish this.
I’m also willing to listen if you can re-code this so that it works better, faster…as long as everything we need is implemented.
So, analyze first what is already done and make me a proposal. I’m also intersted if you can re-program it eventually so that it looks nicer.
I also want that you mention very specifically that you have read all what’s explained above because my experience is that many sent me immediately after posting an automated or standard message.

I want anyhow a price span for this job and I don’t want someone who’s working on an hourly base where I have the chance that I’m paying for someone not experienced with this kind of jobs and where I ‘m paying someone to improve his Excel Skills. This is what happened in another project.
