Essential accountabilities
Management and Delivery
Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns for clients, including influencer marketing.
Plan social media calendars across all channels, proactively researching and suggesting latest trends and techniques to fulfil client objectives.
Be an expert in influencer discovery, suggesting influencers suited to client/creative objectives.
Manage and execute influencer strategies for clients with the Digital Strategy Director
Create assets and manage deliveries for influencers to ensure alignment with client/creative objectives.
Work with Talent Management and Digital Strategy Director to build our Nano-Influencer programme, and assist with recruitment via paid social advertising.
Always adhere to social media best practices and optimise creative based on algorithm changes.
Sourcing and briefing assets, ensuring all stakeholders have visibility and sign off.
Manage the communities of all social media accounts, ensuring quick feedback and maximum engagement.
Work with The Digital Strategy Director to build workflows and processes that utilises internal and external talent to meet client objectives.
Work with the Campaign Management and Creative teams to ensure coordination of objectives and deliverables of digital requirements.
Create toolkits and guidelines to ensure correct delivery in an optimal timeframe of digital assets created internally or by freelancers.
Advise and execute social paid media campaigns, including geotargeting.
Management our live event feeds on social media channels, optimising engagement and participation rates.
Advise and brief on repurposing digital content from events for increasing reach, engagement and ROI.
Planning and Evaluation
Work with the Digital Strategy Director to ensure all social strategies are optimising all current algorithm changes and social trends.
Responsible for making sure all campaigns and channels meet or surpass ROI expectations by setting targets and driving high levels of reach, engagement online and footfall to physical events.
Implement month-on-month social reporting for contracted clients to demonstrate achievements.
Suggesting all tools to be used for optimising the social media and influencer campaign management process to enable smooth creative workflows that allows for visibility and sign off.
Track and report on success of all campaigns, identify learnings and make suggestions to achieve higher ROI on KPIs.
Track EMV across social media channels, owned, earned and bought.
People
Be instrumental in advising, mentoring internal teams across the business where necessary on digital practices and requirements.
Coach, mentor and develop your team to ensure they perform at their peak and grow professionally
Coordinate and managing the work on external content creators, comprising of copywriters, artworkers, content production and creative technologists.
Build long-lasting relationships with influencers and constantly network with them.
Ensure clear consistent communication upwards and downwards within the team.
Ensure the team has regular performance appraisals and set challenging and measurable actions and goals.
Financial/ Time Management
To be aware of paid campaign financial results for your channels and campaigns.
To manage time accurately to accommodate for Out Of Scope tasks and additional responsibilities on projects when required.
Responsible for the sign off of holiday requests for members of your team, manage absences of your team, and sign off lieu and overtime.
