We are a UK based financial services business looking for an experienced Telemarketer to help us engage with SME Directors / decisionmakers and discuss their current finance facilities with a view to changing provider.
You will be provided with a database containing full contact details of businesses who currently operate the type of facilities that we are interested in and which are coming up for renewal in the next 1-2 months.
We require someone to:
1. Cold call the Directors / decisionmakers of the businesses using the data supplied.
2. Engage in general conversation regarding their current funding facilities (how long in place / when last time they were reviewed / are they happy / any problems etc.), aiming to have them agree to a review of their facilities.
3. Once they start asking specific questions / expressing buying signs, arrange a time for a follow up call from a member of the team.
No hard-sell necessary – a personable, friendly approach required.
You must have a strong background in B2B cold calling and of dealing with Directors and senior staff.
Some experience in financial telemarketing would be preferrable although not essential.
This will be a 2 week campaign initially and if successful, we’d like to continue with a campaign running 2 weeks each month.
