Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
We are tendering for a national multi-site tender and would like some assistance on the costing and projections.
This will be for both the provision of cleaning and consumables, there are c20 sites from Scotland to Dover, each site currently has an independent local contractor so TUPE will apply where applicable.
The area of focus will be the long term strategic outlook and the costing of this, planned & reactive site visits, quality control, management, cost control etc..
I'm not sure how long this will take, I can't see it being completed and finalised in one go, I'd imagine it'll be a few revisions. The agreement with the 'client' is that we'll submit the first tender to be reviewed and take it from there, we have a strategy around how we'll roll this contract out and manage moving forward, it's making sure the projections/costings are watertight.
I'd imagine the contract value to be c300k, I'm not looking to win this for the sake of it, we must add value but also be profitable, I don't want to risk disrupting the good business we have by taking on a contract that causes us problems.
