Experience Level: Intermediate
I require a commercial property specialist with intricate knowledge of the property acquisition project plan and the milestones that they will deliver upon for clients. This role is for this person to work with the owner of the business to determine the topics to be covered in any number of courses covering the milestones and steps covered when undertaking:
1. Needs Analysis and Strategy Development
2. Market Search and Shortlist
3. Evaluation and Analysis
4. Negotiations and Heads of Agreement
5. Exit Obligations
6. New Space Preparation and Relocation
I have over 100 courses that I want to build and need to work with someone who can help me determine the topics for each course based on the experience you know the real estate professional, the client (C-Suite) the extended project team such as Designer, Fit out, Workplace Strategist may be doing at this time or how you impact their work. My business has extensive experience working across all phases of the accommodation timeline and can provide guidance and work collaboratively with this person. Essentially, this person is curating the topics of most importance for each topic and will do a review before the course is published to provide feedback on relevance and address anything that is missing, although they are not asked to provide the content of the course, just the topics most relevant and provide input, that could be anecdotal, indicative of the mood of the players in the course, etc. (I can explain more and provide examples on engagement) . This person will be asked to provide skills test questions bearing in mind that CPD accreditation may be part of the future capabilities of the business.
