We’re looking for an organized, aggressive, dependable and committed person to add to our maintenance administrative team.
JOB OFFERINGS:
• Full time, permanent, long-term position
• Support team of 12 other remote co-workers
• Native holidays off
• Attendance/Performance Bonus of up to one week pay after 12 months
• 90-Day & Annual Performance Reviews for possible raises
• Pay: $6-$8 USD/hour
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm EST, with unpaid one-hour break.
• You will be trained about the maintenance of houses: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• This position involves a lot of phone calls via our RingCentral account.
• Create detailed Work Orders from maintenance requests. Requires communicating with tenants to determine what the issues really are, so proper ServiceTech(s) can be assigned.
• Watch supplied Inspection Videos to create a Scope of Work to send out for bids
• Review bids for accuracy and cost effectiveness
• Review supplied Completion Videos to confirm Scope of Work completed satisfactory
• Document weekly follow up with ServiceTechs to monitor and track their progress on assignments
• Monitor large jobs for cost controls and overruns.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Aggressive self-training attitude: we supply written training materials, two weeks of training and ongoing support, but the rest is up to you!
• Dependable electricity & high-speed internet connection, minimum 20mbps.
• Software required: Word, Excel, program to edit PDF documents
• Hardware required: dependable computer with 20 MB of free disk space, noise cancellation headset, dual monitors required within 90 days of starting (for greater work efficiency)
JOB EXPECTATIONS:
• English Proficiency: Must speak GREAT English with minimal accent as you’ll be speaking with USA clients using our online phone system.
• Dependability: We only want people that understand how important teamwork is and won’t let their teammates down with poor attendance.
• Dedication: Our clients expect a high standard of proactive communication and dedication. You should be able to coordinate multiple small projects and work to exceed expectations.
• Organized: Our work structure is highly organized and requires attention to detail.
• Self-Motivated: Our ideal candidate is highly self-motivated and doesn’t need to be micro-managed. They’re willing to supplement their hands-on training with our training materials. Finds solutions for problems instead of making excuses.
• Deadlines: The job is highly deadline driven and requires teamwork to meet them.
• Quiet Environment: We know you’re working from home, but no one else should! Quiet home office space required, with no background noise please.
