Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: 1 - 6 months
Need someone who can help manage the administrative work behind a hunger relief project. This is ongoing work for two to four months that is part-time. I will need your help for 20 hours per week (if you're very efficient, it may take you less time)
You MUST have a strong command of the English language to do this. A bonus if you also are fluent in Spanish.
You MUST be highly organized, as you will be handling several tasks at once that must be done right each and every time.
You MUST be proficient in LinkedIn and Instagram messengers.
You should be very skilled in learning and using technology and web applications, including Google Sheets, Asana, Gmail, and Google Docs.
You must be able to work during daytime hours (US) so that I'm available to answer questions and help you if something goes wrong.
Your tasks will include:
- Communicating with clients to answer their questions (customer service)
- Reaching out online (using our business account) to new clients.
- Processing food orders
- Helping to create content to keep clients engaged
- Reaching out to brands to partner for this project to expand the work
In your proposal, please put your rate for one WEEK (not for the entire project). In your note to me, let me know if you speak and write in Spanish or not. Also, answer all of the optional questions. If you do not, then I will know you didn't read the entire description before replying. And NOT following directions means that we cannot work together.
