Looking for help setting up TikTok ads

I have a swimwear company and as we approach Summer I want to run TikTok ads. I have tried it in the past and quite recently and not had much luck with it. We sell crochet bikinis in many different colours in glitter and shimmer fabrics so I feel like they should do really well on TikTok.
