I have been designing and delivering blended learning solutions for large corporations for approximately 10 years. This has included the... design, development and production of innovative online course materials using rapid content development tools such as Captivate and Articulate to an advanced level. I have also conducted coaching, training and facilitation sessions for colleagues and clients on the functionality of these products. I have analysed learning needs, defined learning objectives and subsequently developed storyboards, scripts and content, working closely with subject matter experts to develop a prototype and then the resulting end product. This has been done for bespoke systems, software and processes as well as the conversion of instructor-led training courses into on-demand learning deliverables and scenario based simulations. I have conducted quality assurance and user acceptance testing on all materials created including loading, testing and evaluating the effectiveness of programs. I have also been involved with soft skills and continuous improvement learning projects where the focus has been on project management to ensure best practices are adopted to help project teams adapt methodologies to their specific practices. I possess a sound understanding of learning principles, and an excellent knowledge of the full range of Microsoft Office packages and bespoke systems. I am able to explain complex procedural and technical information in a clear and easy to understand manner. I am also able to learn new topics quickly and subsequently translate that knowledge into learning modules for others. I have made use of webinars, virtual classrooms and I have developed online learning environments through use of LMS systems.
